There seems to be a lot of confusion about whether payday loans are evil or good. The people in question are careless borrowers who never pay back the loans, oftentimes blaming the lender for giving them the loan in the first place! How foolish! And by the time they get to court they're pleading with the judge to save them. So The law changed the rules. On the flip side, people need money, sometimes fast for good reasons. To make that money a reality well-intentioned women need instant payday loans. These are very good reasons to get a loan, and this is the real point why these particular loans should be available at all times in all cities, to all people with gainful employment.
