At present we no longer have the luxury to harvest tea leaves and process it personally that is why some hardworking individuals solved it for us. Ready to drink tea were made by these individuals who harvested it themselves and then mass produced it. Most of these ready to drink teas are in tea bags and are packed by 10 pieces or 50 pieces per box. With this, it is now easier for us to drink tea because we no longer have to harvest it and do the process of making tea ourselves, which can take about two weeks tops. Since it was born tea mass production is a popular business. One of the most established tea company is Lipton Tea. Each company has its own story and the Lipton tea has its own as well. When the owner of the Lipton tea acquired five bankrupted plantations in Ceylon it sparked the start of the companys tea story. The Lipton Tea Company has never ceased in producing tea after that decision was made. Lipton Tea Company products have successfully invaded every household because of its advertising and catchy names. This tea story has hopefully shed light on the long history of tea.
